This online home-based program covers all areas towards fat loss and muscle maintenance during this time where we are focused on exercising from home and also not falling off track.
You will have access to two training programs – one body weight based and the other designed to be used with resistance bands. In addition, you will be provided guidelines and structure around cardio, nutrition, abs/glutes circuits, time-based fitness challenges, and more.
This is a really great way to get on track with little to no-guess work as everything is calculated and you can work out exactly what your macros should be to suit you.

Online Coaching is an app-based full coaching experience including personalised training programming, personalised nutrition planning, flexible dieting education, supplement protocols, stress management & sleep quality coaching, online weekly check-ins, and educational content.
This is the ideal coaching service for those looking to achieve the best possible results with weekly support and easy to use app-based software.
Coaching is offered as nutrition only or training & nutrition. Training programming can be tailored to suit home-based training as needed.
The 10 week challenge program is designed to provide you with structure around effective training programming to choose from, nutritional education to learn to track your macros and incorporate flexible dieting, personalised macronutrient targets based on your goals, and cardio, abs & glutes circuits, conditioning circuits, and supplement protocols.
This program also has the option of weekly online check-ins to maintain accountability and adjust macronutrient targets and cardio as needed to keep progressing.
Home-based training programming will be added to this program to suit those who are limited.
Training and/or nutrition coaching calls are phone or FaceTime based coaching sessions to review your current approach to training and/or nutrition towards your goals, and come up with better strategies to achieve them.
These calls typically provide clarity and understanding to move forwards towards optimising nutritional planning or caloric/macronutrient intakes, improving training structure, food selection or meal plan design, and having questions answered specific to your personal goals.

Personalised nutrition plans are for those who simply want something to follow immediately, using foods they generally prefer to eat as well as foods which provide improved nutritional value, and are agreed on. You will not be forced to eat anything you do not enjoy, as personalised nutrition plans are designed to suit your preferences in way of meal frequency and food preferences.
In addition you will be provided with educational videos to learn how to incorporate flexible dieting for when you decide that you’d like to make some adjustments to your plan and turn it into more of a flexible lifestyle.
These plans are provided once-off without support. If you prefer weekly check-ins and adjustments to your nutrition I would recommend the Online Coaching service – nutrition only preference.
Personalised training plans are designed specific to your goals and based around any equipment limitations you have, physical limitations, and of course considers your lifestyle limitations in regards to the frequency of training sessions each week.
Training programs are typically designed as an 8-12 week program, with individual training blocks which build on each other through each phase. These programs can be effectively used for multiple cycles until you reach your goal, or essentially look to make some adjustments for the sake of further variety.
These plans are provided once-off without support. If you prefer weekly check-ins with video analysis of your lifts I would recommend the Online Coaching service.
Mastering Flexible Dieting is a 5-part video educational series to teach you everything you need to know about nutrition to then incorporate flexible dieting and enjoy a balanced approach to eating towards your goals.
If you are interested in learning how to track your macros, fit fun foods into your diet, manage things like alcohol and eating out, and also learn the fundamentals of nutrition towards improved health, fat loss, or muscle gain this is for you.
The videos are in lecture/slideshow format with me talking you through everything. If you prefer to learn at your own pace and have everything sink in along with continued access to the content provided, this is a great alternative to a coaching call.
Your PT Mentor is a 12 week online video course for personal trainers looking to elevate their business and learn the ins and outs of how to fast-track their success.
This program is designed for absolute beginner trainers through to intermediate and advanced. It starts off with some very basics but then also dives into all necessary areas to build a successful personal training business and stand out from the rest.
